  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional membership (e.g., CIOB, RICS, IWFM, IHEEM) desirable.

Salary: Spot salary (Band 8c equivalent) — appointment at scale minimum, with progression subject to appraisal and performance
