What will you be doing?

• Lead and grow a Winner Marine Warranty Survey capability across offshore renewables and decommissioning
• Act as a Brave, Assured figurehead with insurers, underwriters and brokers, strengthening market presence
• Oversee and deliver high-value offshore projects, acting as Lead MWS where required
• Inspire, mentor and develop a Motivated, Focused technical team
• Drive business development, converting relationships into sustainable growth
