We are looking for experienced and qualified Social Workers to step into the role of Assistant Team Manager within our newly established Family Help Teams. As part of an Outstanding Local Authority, you will support frontline social workers in delivering early, targeted support to families in their local communities.
This role involves overseeing work with children under child protection and child-in-need plans, contributing to pre-birth and parenting assessments, and supporting adolescents through contextual safeguarding. You will champion the Hampshire Approach, ensuring that children’s voices are central to all decision-making.

You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
