**Assistant Restaurant Manager – Spring, Somerset House**. . Spring is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Somerset House. We’re seeking someone with proven experience in high-quality restaurant operations, a strong eye for detail, and a genuine commitment to hospitality.. . **Why Join Us?**. As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with our senior management and front-of-house teams. Lead, coach and support the FOH team to deliver warm, professional service.. Take ownership of service training: running briefings, developing team knowledge, and ensuring consistent delivery across the floor..
