**Assistant Restaurant Manager – Spring, Somerset House**. . Spring is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Somerset House. As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with our senior management and front-of-house teams.
