As Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily operations of our restaurant, bar, indoor and outdoor spaces
• Managing a team, cross-training, and fostering growth to attract and retain talent
• Enhancing guest and team experiences to ensure they return with smiles
• Communicating effectively, managing the team, and ensuring standards in service, health & safety, and allergen awareness
• Updating menus seasonally and creating special drinks
