Responsibilities
- Lead and support the school's teaching staff to improve student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set and monitor school goals and strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Represent the school to parents, the wider community, and external agencies.
Qualifications
- Outstanding practitioner with the energy to inspire, motivate and challenge students.
- Passion for learning and teaching in Geography.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with colleagues and students.
- Belief in the right of every student to fulfil their potential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and real team‑player.
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification and 3+ years of experience in a leadership or assistant leadership role.
