Job description
Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person with experience of working in new build housing development, to deliver an excellent customer focused service in line with our development and acquisitions ambitions, supporting the Development Manager in the identification of opportunities for value-adding property development schemes. Assisting the Development Manager and in collaboration with our partners, you will support the delivery of a variety of new build schemes covering both the development of new homes for rent, plus the acquisition of land and property including the processing of budgets. You will assist in the management of projects from feasibility stage, through the planning process up to completion of homes on site including procurement of services and ensuring that both consultants and contractors undertake work in accordance with the appropriate design brief requirements. You will assist the Development Manager to drive forward exciting and sustainable new homes development, delivering an outstanding customer experience from project inception to after-sales care.
