Responsibilities
  • Champion the guest experience by turning feedback into actions that improve service and performance
  • Support the team in meeting and exceeding guest experience targets
  • Help train and develop the experience team to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage telephones during operational hours to ensure seamless communication
  • Oversee gas and electrical testing to maintain compliance and safety
  • Work closely with park teams and central support to uphold high standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
