What you'll be doing

• Efficient production of quotations for Traditional, Nexus and Urban modular buildings - providing guidance on design and specification to provide customers with effective building solutions, suitable for the projects needs and requirements.
• Produce quotations for tender purposes based on effective estimating, using relatable markets rates to ensure BB Modular stay competitive throughout the tender process.
• Regularly review and update fleet condition to provide accurate data on the current fleet numbers and estimated refurbishment costs of fleet buildings in stock.
• Provide information and support of costs to completion and handover reports to operations and commercial managers

Who we're looking for

The following qualities/experience are essential:


  • 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities – including the ability to identify potential issues during early design stages and think beyond the obvious to provide the best solutions for customers.
  • A LEAN mindset when working with the supply chain and tier 1 contractors to ensure costs are competitive and aligned with current market rates.
  • Effective time management and priority setting – the ability to stay organised and focused on daily tasks, with a clear understanding of how to prioritise workload effectively.


The following qualities/experience are desirable:


  • Knowledge of Insphire asset management software.
  • Experience or familiarity with the modular building industry.
  • Strong teamworking abilities and excellent customer-facing skills.
