Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor – Warrington | Up to £37,000 | Public & Private Sector Projects

We are seeking a graduate or assistant building surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in Warrington, supporting projects across the North region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of post-degree experience, currently working towards MRICS, seeking a structured and supportive environment for career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of building surveying services across various sectors
  • Support project management, contract administration, designs, technical reports, and condition/defect surveys
  • Contribute to projects typically up to £250k capex
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, including CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act 2023
Candidate Requirements
  • A RICS-accredited BSc in Building Surveying
  • Actively working towards MRICS or MCIOB
  • Strong technical, design, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with JCT/NEC contracts and H&S legislation
