Overview

As Asset Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and optimisation of asset data, lifecycles, and reporting across the VIVO estate. A key responsibility will be the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of accurate Asset Lifecycle Plans for customers, aligned with CIBSE guidelines and embedded within company processes and procedures. You will be instrumental in shaping how asset data is managed, reported, and utilised, ensuring it directly supports long-term service delivery, compliance, and customer value. You will work closely with the CAFM Support Team to create and refine industry-leading reporting functions, ensuring that asset renewal and enhanced maintenance strategies are captured and communicated effectively. Leveraging your knowledge of asset management principles, you will provide expertise to enhance CAFM systems and processes, improving both the customer experience and the efficiency of internal operations. Acting as the first point of contact for subcontractor surveyors, you will manage the surveying tool (Mobiess) and ensure data integrity, quality assurance, and effective coordination. Collaboration with technical management teams and projects will be essential, as you provide detailed reports on forward works and lifecycle issues, with an emphasis on business-critical assets. You will also work with the Sales Team, offering insight into new business development, particularly around asset management and lifecycle reporting techniques that strengthen bids and future service offerings. This is a customer-facing role, requiring the confidence and communication skills to work effectively at all levels.
