Our client is a well‑established national UKAS asbestos consultancy with a mixed portfolio of clients throughout the UK. They are recruiting an experienced and hard‑working Asbestos Site Analyst based in or around the London area. Consideration will be given to applicants located in Woking, Watford, Epsom, Dartford and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
• Experience working as a site analyst within the asbestos sector.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office package.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out asbestos 4‑stage clearances, including smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual and re‑occupation, and personal air testing on various properties.
• Overseeing contractors on site, ensuring they comply with asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
• Collating information and producing comprehensive reports.
• Building strong working relationships with the company’s large portfolio of clients.
