Full time | Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm | On‑call weekend cover required.

The role

As an Area Support Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance, standards, and culture across a group of pharmacies within Central Scotland.

You will support pharmacy teams to:

  • Deliver consistently high standards of care and customer service
  • Develop confident, well‑trained, and engaged teams
  • Recruit and retain the right people
  • Achieve operational and commercial goals
  • Embed best practice across services and processes

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will coach, challenge, and support pharmacy teams to be the best they can be.

Who we are looking for

You may come from a pharmacy background and be ready to step into an area role, which would be great. That said, it is not essential.

We are also keen to hear from candidates who:

  • Have strong leadership and people management experience in a similar multi‑site or service‑led environment
  • Learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑moving business
  • Are confident supporting, motivating, and developing teams
  • Are organised, resilient, and comfortable making decisions
