Overview

Area Sales Manager - Masonry Support Systems. Location: North (Birmingham up ideally based M62 corridor).

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus. Benefits: Tesla company car & comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development Manager position selling a high quality range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, lintels, cavity tray, brick soffit systems.
  • Sell to tier 1 contractors, sub-contractors, brickwork contractors, architects & engineers.
  • Target turnover of circa £1m-£2m depending on experience.
  • Generate new business; the majority of your time will be spent on new business development.
Ideal applicant / Qualifications
  • Must have sold a structural building product such as: insulation, cladding, facades, concrete, heavyside, fixings, support systems, masonry, lintels, wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, steel beams, concrete reinforcement, concrete support systems, metal decking, rainscreen cladding, anchors, etc.
  • Must have sold to structural engineers, architects, brickwork contractors and main contractors.
  • Black book of contacts within the industry.
  • Must be able to generate new business; personable, team player, driven and enthusiastic.
