A leading manufacturer in construction is looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the East Midlands & East of England. This role involves specification sales, account management, and providing technical support to clients. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry and strong knowledge of external wall insulation (EWI). Competitive salary with benefits including commission and a company car.

Salary: Competitive + Commission + Company Car or Car Allowance, Laptop, Mobile Phone
Hours: 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We are growing and we re looking for a motivated, knowledgeable Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
As our Area Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in the East Midlands & East of England region.
Your mission: To build strong relationships with contractors, specifiers, housing associations, Local Authorities, and installers, introducing and promoting our market-leading EWI systems by gaining specified status within tender documents and/or during the post tender detailed design process.
With a blend of business development, account management, and technical support, you will play a key role in both acquiring new projects and ensuring long-term customer success.
