Overview

We’re working with a design-led architectural studio based in the heart of East London to find a talented and driven Part 3 Architect or Architectural Designer ready to make a bold mark on some of the most ambitious wellness and hospitality projects in the world.

This is a studio with an international design reputation, a hands-on leadership team, and a packed portfolio spanning luxury spas, hotels, health clubs, and high-end residences across the UK, Caribbean, and Brazil.

You’ll be jumping straight into a key project: delivering what’s been called ‘The World’s Best Spa’. Currently in RIBA Stage 3, this role will see you working closely with the Design Director and BIM Manager to bring exceptional design intent into technical detail, with a real opportunity to own parts of the process and inject your creativity into a globally iconic project.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Senior Architects and Directors to develop a high-end spa project, currently at Stage 3
• Translate design principles from concept through to detailed packages
• Contribute to the delivery of other international hospitality and residential projects (including hotel & resort developments in the Caribbean and UK)
• Produce high-quality visuals and technical drawings using Revit and Adobe Suite
• Collaborate in a sociable, small close-knit team of architects and designers

Qualifications

• Fluent, fast Revit skills – this is essential
• Strong command of SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Confidence, clarity, and professionalism in both verbal and written communication
• A self-motivated approach, comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative
• An eye for detail and strong presentation skills, both visual and technical
• Fluency in English essential
• Full Right to Work in the UK required, as no sponsorship provided
