Overview

We're seeking a talented Architect to join a prestigious, multi-award-winning AJ100 multi-disciplinary practice based in a stunning contemporary studio in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

About the Role

As an Architect, you\'ll be part of a collaborative design team delivering high-quality, design-led projects. You\'ll contribute at all stages of the design and delivery process and be expected to work proficiently in Revit, which is used throughout the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or contribute to the design and delivery of projects at all RIBA stages
  • Prepare, develop and edit drawings, models and presentations using Revit
  • Support the planning process and liaise with relevant authorities as required
  • Engage in design team meetings, contributing technical and design expertise
  • Produce high-quality design and technical packages
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors during design and delivery
  • Stay up to date with building regulations and legislation
  • Manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment
Requirements
  • ARB-registered Architect with approx. 3-5 years\' post-Part III UK experience
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Strong design portfolio and a solid grasp of technical delivery
  • Good understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Desirable
  • Experience delivering large-scale or multi-sector projects
  • Interest in sustainable design and innovation
