A prominent healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to enhance its data and analytics capabilities. You will lead initiatives for the Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership, designing and implementing dashboards and data reporting solutions using SQL Server and Power BI. We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Information Services department at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead for Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) data and reporting requirements, delivering the full lifecycle of data and analytics products that help our clinicians and managers make informed, data‑driven decisions. You'll work across our Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Development teams, leading the design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL Server and Power BI. The role combines hands‑on technical delivery with leadership and collaboration, contributing to improved data quality, governance, and continuous improvement across the Trust.
The postholder will be line managed by the Principal BI Developer and will work closely with the Data Warehouse Manager and other members of the Data teams.

The salary threshold for sponsorship is £25,000 for Health and Care Visas and £41,700 (with limited exceptions) for Skilled Worker visas. The Trust will not sponsor where the starting salary does not meet these immigration rules.
