Role : UK Graduate Development Programme 2026

Location : Belfast / London

Start Date : September 2026

This role is being offered as a 23-month contract

About Rotations

As part of our graduate programme the emphasis is very much on rotations. Each graduate will rotate across a few areas over the course of the 23-month graduate programme to get a full overview of AIB UK. These areas may include :

  • Customer Engagement / Relationship Management
  • Credit Risk
  • Portfolio Management
  • Strategy & Sustainability
  • Finance
  • Data Analytics

Entry Requirements :
  • Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate programme.
  • Candidates must be fully authorised to work in UK for the duration of the programme (September 2026 August 2028)
