AI Assistant Consultant – Tax Technology

Base Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

The KPMG Tax Technology & Innovation are made up of Technology Consultants, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Architects & Engineers, Multi-disciplinary Engineering teams and IT Service delivery professionals working on a large portfolio of systems used to improve productivity and solve key business problems across Tax & Legal.

What will you be doing?

As an AI Assistant Consultant in Tax Technology you will play a key role in supporting project delivery, engaging with clients, and promoting technology adoption within the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and innovation to develop their skills and make a meaningful impact in the tax industry.

In this role you will:
  • Assist in the delivery of tax technology projects, particularly those involving AI and automation.
  • Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and client teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, status reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their needs and contribute to solution design.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of new technology solutions for clients.
  • Provide training and support to clients as they adopt new tools and processes.
  • Help promote the use of AI and innovative technologies within the tax team.
What will you need to do it?
  • Experience supporting internal and external client technology implementation projects
  • Demonstrable Interest in AI and emerging technologies
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:
  • Whilst Tax experience is not essential an Accounting or tax qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CTA or equivalent would be beneficial
  • Experience contributing in the end to end sales of Technology Solutions
