Are you a highly motivated, experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen within The Liaison Psychiatry Service for Working Age Adults at Nottinghamshire Healthcare Foundation NHS Trust for a passionate and highly motivated ACP (Band 8a) with Non-medical prescribing qualification. The Liaison Psychiatry service based within the Queens Medical Centre is delivered through a multidisciplinary team of practitioners who provide comprehensive assessments for mental health patients attending the Emergency Department or have been admitted to the acute hospital. We are looking for applicants with an ACP qualification and extensive experience of working within mental health services. A good understanding of the principles, ethos, assessments and interventions associated with working within Liaison Psychiatry is key. The successful applicant will spend their time supporting patients and colleagues with clinics or within the ED/ward environments. We provide additional training and support where needed to contribute to the successful delivery of a high quality service.
