Overview

We wish to appoint an Administration Team Lead to provide administrative support to ensure the effective running of Mid & North Powys Mind’s offices and administrative systems, leading our Administration team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative leadership and support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Lead and manage the Administration team to deliver high-quality administrative services.
Qualifications
  • Excellent IT skills and proven extensive office and management experience.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
Details
  • Location: Llandrindod Wells Office
  • Hours: 28 hours per week
  • Salary: 7 hours per week @ £16.37/£17.02 (unqualified/NVQ Management level 4 or equivalent); 21 hours per week @ £14.00/£14.56 (unqualified/NVQ Administration level 3 or equivalent)
  • (+ up to 6% Employer pension contribution)
  • This post has a fixed term contract until 31st March 2027 (with a view to continue, dependant on funding)
