A leading manufacturing company in Loughborough is seeking an Acrylic Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the acrylics machine shop. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards, operating CNC and manual equipment, fabricating prototypes, and training team members. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the acrylics machine shop and ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual equipment for acrylic machining.
  • Fabricate prototypes and production parts, including cutting, bonding, and finishing.
  • Train and support team members while managing workflow and scheduling.
  • Troubleshoot issues, inspect parts, and maintain efficient, organized shop processes.

Job Title: Acrylic Supervisor

Location: Loughborough

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday, 7:30am - 12:30am

Pay: £16 per hour

The Acrylic Supervisor Role

About You
  • Team leading / Supervising experience
  • Acrylic fabrication experience (Line bending & Syringe glueing)
  • CNC programming (Not essential)
