Accounts Receivable Assistant

Join our Finance team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane as an Accounts Receivable Assistant. This role is key to ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining strong relationships with our valued guests and partners.

What you’ll do
  • Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time

  • Process payments and follow up on overdue accounts

  • Reconcile customer accounts and maintain precise financial records

  • Respond to guest and client enquiries with professionalism and care

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivable

What you bring
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within hospitality

  • Bachelor’s Degree in either Finance or Business

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
