A successful group of retail companies are looking for a confident and experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team. Ideally the Accounts Assistant will be studying towards their AAT and study support will be available.

The successful Accounts Assistant will concentrate largely on Purchase Ledger although you will be required to provided support across all areas.

Primarily duties will include :

  • Processing purchase invoices onto Xero
  • Responsibility for payment runs across the Group
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Daily bank reconcilliations
