Brightwork are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of their respected and growing manufacturing client based in East Ayrshire, who are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their friendly and dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities
  • Process and monitoring incoming payments
  • Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets
  • Communicating with clients to request payments and arrange payment plans
  • Collecting payments from customers, ensuring they are accurately recorded
  • Managing customers accounts
  • Support month-end processes and finance system implementations
  • Assisting with wider finance tasks as and when required

  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and progress
  • Previous experience in an office environment - full training given on duties
