Overview

Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Salary: £23,000+

Location: Hertford

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily credit control limits
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and allocating customer receipts
  • Coordinating weekly payment runs
  • Collaborating with the operations team
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general account queries
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Processing invoices, credits and payments
