Job Title: Account Manager - POS

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join a well established Client Services team. This role focuses on delivering high-impact marketing campaigns for major Health & Beauty brands, including temporary, permanent, and semi-permanent POS activations. You'll manage projects from start to finish—taking briefs, coordinating production, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from client brief to delivery
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality control for campaigns
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Build strong, consultative client relationships
  • Provide proactive support, suggestions, and process improvements
  • Track work-in-progress, reporting, and forecasting
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and added value
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in account management, ideally in POS and Health & Beauty
  • Solid understanding of print and production processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working onsite with clients as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
