This is a customer-facing role focused on deepening relationships, driving adoption of Sage solutions, and supporting practices in their digital transformation journey. Your success will be measured through account growth, customer satisfaction, and advocacy metrics such as revenue performance, base penetration, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)., Strategic Account Development

Strategic Account Development
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with accounting practices to create trusted advocates for Sage.
  • Develop joint strategic plans with practices that align to their business goals and digital transformation objectives.
  • Drive growth within existing accounts through consultative engagement and tailored solutions.
Customer Success & Advocacy
  • Ensure practices realise the full value of Sage products and services through proactive engagement and success initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping practices optimise workflows and enhance client service through technology.
  • Promote advocacy by delivering exceptional experiences and sharing success stories.
Consultative Solution Delivery
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and aspirations to recommend the right Sage solutions.
  • Confidently demonstrate Sage's product portfolio and advise on best practices for adoption and utilisation.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for effective pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve engagement and advocacy outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the accountancy sector.
