Overview

Account Director – NHS PFI – Worcester. c£95k + car/allowance, 10% bonus, pension

This mature PFI contract has 7 years left to run and has responsibility for Hard FM, Grounds, Energy Management, Materials management, Administration and Soft Services including printing and binding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hard FM, Grounds, Energy Management, Materials Management, Administration and Soft Services (including printing and binding).
• Lead direct reports: Head of Estates; Soft Services Manager; dotted line to Lifecycle PM; PM and Energy Manager; manage approximately 50 staff.
• Manage a P&L of up to £18m per year, including lifecycle and variations projects.
• Stabilise and support operational and projects teams while managing stakeholder relationships.
• Be involved in the hand back process for the contract.

Experience / Qualifications

• Considerable PFI healthcare management experience.

Team and Scope

The role has responsibility for a broad range of facilities and services within a mature NHS PFI contract, including direct reporting lines and budgetary management for a sizable team and spend.
