Hub Therapy Teams

B6 Specialist Physiotherapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established team of Physiotherapists working within the locality Hubs in Edinburgh. The multidisciplinary teams within the Hubs provide short term interventions to support people at home who are experiencing a recent change in their circumstances that may result in a hospital admission. They also work with secondary care to facilitate earlier hospital discharges for people who require increased support on their initial discharge from hospital. The Hub Physiotherapy teams are part of the wider Physio@Home and Associated Services and have access to regular in-service training and supervision for continued professional development. There are also opportunities to be involved in service development and quality improvement projects whilst working within the Hub Therapy team.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record.
