A growing company in England is seeking a 1st & 2nd Line Support Technician to provide comprehensive IT support. You will manage helpdesk calls, maintain documentation, and deploy PCs. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience with various IT systems, and a willingness to grow with the business.
