A governmental agency in the UK seeks a Workforce Delivery Advisor. The role involves supporting the testing and implementation of Workforce Delivery Models, engaging with frontline staff, and analyzing complex data. Candidates must have experience in a frontline role within Prison or Probation settings, alongside competence in Microsoft Office. Project management knowledge is essential. This position is available for a secondment of up to 18 months.
The role will be responsible for providing support to the SPOCS during the successful testing and implementation of Workforce Delivery Models. This will include attending a significant number of sites visits and supporting the QA process.
They will need to engage with frontline staff and will need to have good operational knowledge of the range of different prisoners and prisoner cohorts to be able to accurately explain the nuances of the models and the impact they will have at site level. The ability to collate, review and analyse complex data is crucial to the role.
The post holder will also need to be familiar with project management techniques including the development, embedding and management of all processes relating to the implementation of WDMs.
It is essential that post holders have experience of working in a frontline role, either operational or non-operational, and in either a Prison or Probation setting.
