Job summary
A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Freelance Recruitment Specialist to work remotely. The position involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers while ensuring a positive experience for candidates. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment and strong communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with HR processes and international recruitment will be advantageous.
Qualifications
