We are looking for experienced Social Media Content Specialists available to work a combination of shifts, including days (7AM to 3PM CEST), evenings (3PM to 11PM CEST), throughout the week and on weekends, to join our growing team.

• Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments posted on our clients’ social channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) on behalf of our clients, using their unique brand voice.
• Craft creative written content to encourage participation and increase engagement across our clients’ social channels.
• Provide our clients’ audience with an excellent experience through their social channels.
• Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels.
• Understand our clients’ social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines to communicate with their audience effectively.
• Ensure the online community's safety policies and brand guidelines are being followed by all members.

• Native fluency in British English. Fluency (C2 proficiency) in additional languages is an asset.
• Exceptional written communication skills (spelling, grammar, syntax, etc.) in British English.
• Open and flexible availability, with no limitations, to work a combination of shifts throughout the week and on weekends.
• Professional experience moderating and engaging across all social media platforms.
• Experience writing, editing, and creating engaging content in the social media space, following brand voice and guidelines.
• The ability to tailor your tone and voice to match each customer.
• Knowledge of, experience with, and a genuine interest in content moderation across multiple industries.
• Reliable high-speed internet with no data restrictions.
• An active Facebook account.

The hourly pay range for this position is $15 - $17 USD. Actual pay will depend on factors like location, experience, knowledge, and skills.
