Job Description

We are growing our consulting team and looking for Senior AI (Artificial Intelligence) Consultants to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

Key Accountabilities

• Providing hands-on technical knowledge while managing client relationships within the project context.
• Analyzing customer needs, identifying business problems, and translating them into technology solutions, ensuring high quality.
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of the organization and adhering to standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Capturing client requirements and leading the development of solution architectures.
• Advising clients on AI best practices, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
• Defining high-value business scenarios for AI solutions (Machine Learning and Gen AI).
• Exploring and analyzing data using tools like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Implementing data pipelines and workflows with Azure ML Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Monitoring performance of ML solutions with Azure ML and Azure Application Insights.
• Deploying AI solutions following coding, security, and CI/CD best practices.
• Communicating findings using Power BI, Azure Data Explorer, and Azure AI Services.

Qualifications

• Experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar languages.
• Experience with Azure cloud services for data science and ML.
• Knowledge of generative AI and LLM frameworks.
• Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into systems and deploying at scale on Azure.
• Familiarity with data integration tools like Azure Data Factory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot stack.
• Azure Data Scientist or AI Engineer certification is a plus.
• Experience in a consultancy setting is advantageous.
