Within a dynamic and passionate team, directly reporting to the Regional General Services Officer, you will assist with the full range of services deployed across various buildings in the Grand Est region.

You will have the opportunity to fully engage in an ambitious team project.

As such, you will participate in the following missions:

• Operational management of services for occupants and the company across the sites in the region
  • Ticketing follow-up
  • Schedule monitoring
  • Contradictory site inspections (with service providers)
  • Documentary follow-up
• Performance monitoring of the services offered
  • Note-taking and report preparation
  • Dashboard monitoring
• Operational management of Security/Safety
  • Documentary follow-up
• Monitoring regulatory controls
  • Dashboard monitoring
• Management of corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Site visits with creation of tickets for corrective actions if necessary
• Monitoring action plans following audits
• Updating and monitoring procedures
• Management of communication supports (display, regulations…)

Your background?

• Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years or a degree in business management/general services + first experience.
