The Opportunity
JMW is expanding our team of Delivery Leaders. Note: This is not an IT/technology position.
We Seek:
Accomplished transformation professionals with:
- 8-12 years' relevant experience
- Expertise in large-scale organizational change
- Strong program leadership and facilitation skills
Ideal Candidates Have:
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations
- Background working with Fortune 500 organizations
- Capital project consulting experience
- Executive coaching and advisory experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact transformation programs
- Facilitate executive alignment sessions (25+ participants)
- Bridge strategy and execution for maximum impact
Essential Qualifications:
- Exceptional business and financial acumen
- Management consulting background (industry focus preferred)
- Ability to navigate complex global organizations
- History of long-term client relationships
- Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change
- Commitment to continuous learning and client success
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel 50%+
