A leading analytics company based in Nantes is seeking a Business Delivery Manager to lead an IT team focused on enhancing user satisfaction and managing application deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. As Business Delivery Manager within our Digital OnLine (DOL) team you will lead a cross‑functional IT team closely aligned with business stakeholders. Your mission: drive user satisfaction, maximize application adoption, oversee deployments of new modules and geographies and ensure seamless incident and request management.
Based in Nantes France; you will support our Eurofins Digital OnLine (DOL) team which is managing multiple eCommerce products. The team is continuously improving the applications to meet business demand and improve customer satisfaction.
