A fast-growing SaaS firm is seeking a Business Development Manager for the tourism and leisure sector in South-East France. The role involves driving customer acquisition and managing the full sales cycle with a consultative approach. Strong B2B sales experience and familiarity with CRM systems are essential. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or tech.
  • A proven track record in acquiring new clients and hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with consultative selling and presenting complex solutions.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with campsites or holiday parks.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and follow up on new leads within our customer base.
  • Carry out structured prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phone calls.
  • Plan and deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and client retention.
  • Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using CRM systems (Hubspot).
  • Report on sales results and market trends to the Manager Business Development France.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales strategy for the French market.
