Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Document all customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Fluent in French, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
