We are looking for an experienced Project Control Manager (PCM) to oversee revenue management and internal process control for large-scale telecom projects in West Africa. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with Huawei’s project standards.

As a PCM, you will manage project revenue streams, monitor internal processes, and ensure adherence to Huawei’s ISDP system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality operations and drive project success. This position offers an opportunity to work on high-impact telecom projects in a dynamic environment, where your expertise in project management and process optimization will be critical to achieving business objectives.

• Oversee revenue management and internal process control for telecom projects.
• Ensure compliance with Huawei ISDP system and project standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality operations and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Support large-scale project execution and stakeholder communication.

• Proven experience in Huawei project management and ISDP system.
• Background in project management, PCM, or quality operations.
• Fluency in English as a working language.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience managing large-scale telecom projects is preferred.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Familiarity with telecom industry standards and best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
