Un acteur majeur dans le secteur du sport recherche un avocat spécialisé en contrats internationaux pour rejoindre son équipe à Lille. Vous gérerez des projets juridiques divers tout en soutenant les équipes opérationnelles dans un environnement dynamique et international. Les candidats doivent posséder une expertise solide et un sens aigu du service client, ainsi qu'une passion pour le sport.
Competenze
- Plusieurs années d'expérience en tant qu'avocat spécialisé en contrats internationaux.
- Compétences avérées en analyse et en rédaction.
- Excellente command de l'anglais et du français dans un contexte de négociation.
Mansioni
- Gérer des projets dans un contexte de transformation (e-commerce, économie circulaire).
- Développer et rédiger des contrats pour diverses catégories d'achats.
- Gérer les pré-contentieux et les litiges dans votre domaine de responsabilité.

Formazione
- Manage projects in a context of transformation (e-commerce, circular economy, automation, etc.);
- Developing and drafting new contracts and / or updating standard contracts for the various purchasing categories (services, operations, maintenance, transportation, consulting, export, freight forwarding or customs services, etc.)
- Determining the contractual framework to be implemented and leading contract negotiations, whether national or international;
- Implementing and communicating listing processes, contracting, and any other legal security procedures;
- Creating and / or leading training sessions tailored to operational teams;
- Updating legal tools (regulatory mapping, intranet site, self-assessment framework, etc.) .
- Support the DECATHLON Group's country legal advisors according to their needs or in the deployment of the Group's international strategies;
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters within your area of responsibility;
- Identify risks within your scope of responsibility and monitor developments in the legal environment.
Profile
- You are passionate about sports.
- You are an enthusiastic, proactive, responsive, rigorous, organized, autonomous, and efficient lawyer.
- You have completed advanced training in Business Law - Contract Law.
- You have several years of professional experience as a lawyer specializing in international contracts. You have proven analytical and writing skills and several years of experience in contract negotiations.
- You are highly client-oriented; interpersonal skills and a sense of service to operational staff are essential assets for this position. You know how to adapt to change and a rapidly evolving environment.
- You enjoy teamwork and completing assignments in project mode.
- You are able to thrive in an international environment and have excellent command of French and English, both orally and in writing, particularly in the context of negotiations.
- Technical knowledge of IT and an interest in new technology law and digital technology will be highly appreciated.
