A technology company in France seeks an experienced individual to manage their commercial operations. This role involves partnering with external counsel and internal teams to mitigate business risks during contract negotiations, maintaining and updating essential documentation, and leading compliance initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and verbal reasoning skills, be organized, and have a strong academic background. This position offers flexibility and a vibrant remote work culture.
