Job summary
A global leader in medical technologies is looking for a Senior Manager KOL & Society Partnerships. This role entails defining and advancing the European Medical Education strategy while engaging with key opinion leaders and scientific societies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, have at least 10 years of experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and analytical skills. Must have excellent interpersonal and project management capabilities. This position offers location flexibility across Europe and requires travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in relevant fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and complex initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the European physician engagement strategy.
- Develop network of key opinion leaders and scientific societies.
- Set direction for the Medical Education program portfolio.
- Lead and coach a Medical Education team.
- Manage budgets and evaluate return on investment.
