As a Solution Account Manager you will be primarily responsible for successfully driving profitable growth of our Smart Infrastructure Solutions within the Data Center vertical. Additionally, you will identify and win projects in the Hospitality and Local Area Network (LAN) / Audio-Visual (AV) segments, providing compelling network & connectivity solutions that add significant value to the customer.
- Drive Revenue Growth : Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand revenue within existing customer accounts, with a strong strategic focus on the Data Center sector.
- Expand Market Reach : Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities within the Hospitality and LAN / AV project markets.
- Maximize Customer Value : Implement robust Account Plans to leverage cross-selling opportunities, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing share of wallet.
- Develop Winning Solutions : Create compelling, solution-based proposals, supported by our Customer Innovation Centers, to generate demand and secure projects.
- Tailor Solutions : Specifically design proposals for the Hospitality vertical, while also addressing Data Centre and LAN / AV requirements.
- Ensure Sales Visibility : Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales status, including funnel adequacy, opportunity management, revenue forecasts, account plan progress, initiative status, and relationship health across the French market.
- Education – You hold a degree level in Business, Marketing or Engineering or possess a track record of being able to deliver sustained sales results, including experience with large accounts.
- Commercial and vertical knowledge – You have demonstratable knowledge of a variety of sale processes and experience within a sales role primarily within the Data Center market, with strong experience also in the Hospitality market. You possess excellent knowledge of the market ecosystem in France, including strong relationships with system integrators, channel distributors, engineering, and consulting companies, particularly those active in the Hospitality, Data Centre, and LAN / AV spaces.
- Communication and analytical skills – You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing; you can demonstrate analytical skills and have the ability to work within a metric driven environment.
- Languages – You are fluent in French and English.
