A leading AI research company seeks a remote Public Policy AI Trainer to leverage expertise in public policy and language mastery. This role requires fluent writing in both French and English, translating policy frameworks for AI training, and providing unique cultural insights. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 2–6+ years of experience in public policy. Commitment is 20 hours per week for 2 months.

- Translate and adapt complex policy frameworks into structured rubrics for AI training.
- Write fluently in both French and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
- Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in France.
- Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
- Native-level fluency in French with strong written and spoken English.
- Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or similar field.
- 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
- Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
- Remote and asynchronous role
- 20 hours per week
