Contract Manager, Renewable Energy Projects
Job summary
A renewable energy company in Paris is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contractual aspects across various projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in contract management, especially concerning construction contracts. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing change orders, and ensuring compliance with internal rules. Fluency in French is valued, and knowledge of the energy sector is a strong plus. This role offers a permanent contract with a starting date of January 2026.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience as contract manager, especially in construction contracts.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents.
- Good understanding of corporate taxation and project lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate EPC and O&M contracts.
- Manage changes, variations, and claims in contracts.
- Set up and monitor contractual management processes.
