We are redesigning the digital future of Hilti and are looking for new team members to play an integral part in our digital transformation journey. As Head of Content Creation, you will work in a global, multicultural, collaborative, fun and agile work environment. You are responsible for building empowered agile teams, with the goal of bringing to life content that creates maximum impact with our customers across all channels and marketing tactics.You will lead a team of creative managers, graphic designers, and copywriters, with a focus on talent and organizational development. As an AI content creation expert, you will define the technologies that will enhance content creation worldwide. Together with your team, you will implement a comprehensive content strategy and framework. Your role includes creating the most effective set-up, organizational structures, and processes for collaborating with our regions and markets. You will continuously improve collaboration within internal teams and with external partners and agencies, implementing the necessary processes and tech setup. By fostering an environment that allows agile content teams to thrive, you will maximize the impact of our marketing strategies and tactics in close collaboration with product owners and markets. Additionally, you will manage stakeholders across multiple departments and functions, ensuring value creation for both our customers and the company.

• A background in marketing, end-to-end content development, deployment, measurement and good understanding of international agency business
• At least 7 years of experience in leadership positions in marketing, preferably within both large multinational corporations and creative agencies
• Expertise in rolling out AI based technologies for content creation and more broadly along the content supply chain
• Experience in complex stakeholder management
• Hands-on, performance-driven, process-oriented and “make things happen” attitude
