Overview
Doctolib is looking for a Lead AI Recruiter to join the Tech Talent Acquisition Team in Paris or Berlin. You will be a key player to achieve ambitious AI hiring goals while helping us re-shape how we work and collaborate. You will partner with AI Data and Platform leaders to hire exceptional Engineering and AI talents as well as infrastructure roles that make AI reliable at scale. You will raise the bar on hiring strategy, process excellence and candidate experience.
What you’ll do
- Recruit top AI talents critical to delivering an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare
- Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment, debrief and closing
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive tech talent
- Contribute to employer branding (events, talks, content) within AI communities
- Drive expectation-setting conversations while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders
- Advocate for your candidates to ensure the best candidate experience

You could be our next team mate if you have
- At least 7 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale-up environment
- Proven success sourcing and closing senior/principal AI/ML and infra talent in competitive markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you craft compelling narratives and run crisp kick-offs and de-briefs
- Partnering with senior stakeholders with a data-driven talent strategy to navigate ambiguity and drive confident hiring decisions
- Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus
Now it would be fantastic if you have
- Fluency in AI/ML hiring signals: publications, open-source, impact, production ML experience, systems depth
- Network across EU and US AI ecosystems; experience recruiting from labs, conferences and open-source communities
